"Klaus, baby, you gotta come over," she'd told him.

She hadn't cared when Klaus had locked up that crazy bitch in her basement, but it was getting too crazy to handle. The pounding on the floor was getting louder. The wailing. The draft she couldn't seem to stop.

Yeah, this shit had to end.

"You're moving out, bitch," she'd hollered down the stairs.

There were footsteps coming up the stairs.

Ivy slammed the door.

Klaus came over straight away. Well, after the seance. He did those quite regularly these days. Aaron encouraged him to, even if he did prefer Klaus to keep it small.

He felt good, really. Those possessions were kinda amazing. They left him feeling wonderful. Not high, just...light.

He ranf the doorbell and waited. He could feel Charlotte but it was vague still.

When Ivy opened the door, rage poured out.

"Oh, thank god," she said. "She's so noisy, Klaus. She can't stay here anymore."

"Charlotte?" Klaus said, with some apprehension. "Oh... Okay." He didn't want to do anything about that. Charlotte was trapped now but he had no idea if he could repeat that trick. "What... what is she doing? I mean, what's bothering you?"

"She throws shit around. And I can hear her trying to get upstairs, but something keeps dragging her down. I'm not scared, I just can't listen to it anymore, babe," she explained.

"Yeah, she's... I got two ghosts to hold her down, but... I guess she's strong," Klaus nodded a little. "Okay, we'll-... I'll get her out. Maybe I can get the guys to take her somewhere else?" He didn't like the word 'ghouls', so 'guys' it would be.

"You're the best. But come in the kitchen first. I made a violet cake. It's delicious."

She walked away, just expecting him to follow.

Klaus smiled, but his heart wasn't in it. Ghosts didn't scare him anymore, but Charlotte was just a scary woman. He knew he would have to get over it; he loved Ivy dearly and if she was bothered, he would help her out.

"Oooooh, smells good too!" he said, as he followed.

"It's vegan," she said, taking him to get a fat slice.

"How's everything? You and Eliot happy?" Ivy asked then, a devilish little smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.

"Nom nom," Klaus said cheerfully.

That grin when she asked him about Eliot was pretty telling. His smile faltered only a little. "Was that... At the party? Was that your doing?"

"I was at the party..." she agreed, but confessed to nothing else.

"Oh...," Klaus said, and accepted that it wasn't Ivy. "Well, something happened. I don't know, maybe someone spiked our drinks or something. Made us horny as hell. Which was awesome - the sex was great - but... you know. Not sober."

"...You got high?" Ivy asked, suddenly feeling like a bitch. She'd only been trying to help.

"Well, no, just horny, but... it had to be something, right? Eliot got super horny too and James as well and Kersen... I don't know but he was there too..." Klaus confessed. "We eh... Yeah, it was definitely fun. But I did let a vampire bite me."

"Oh, baby, she sighed softly. "I never meant it to go that far. I smooched you both so you two could go home and have a good night," she admitted apologetically.

Oh. So it was her doing. Klaus waved it away and smiled again. He didn't want Ivy to feel bad. "It was hot. Really, really hot. It's been a while since I got in on in a group."

"That's good? I guess?" she replied. "I only meant to give you two a good night. You deserve it."

"It was very good," Klaus agreed. "I'd say you should have been there, but I don't think that would have worked out," he joked.

"It's very sweet that you care," he added a little more seriously.

"He's definitely cute, but you can keep that dick," she laughed. "Did you see Rob?"

...Speaking of dick.

"Speaking of dick," Klaus laughed. "No, I didn't. Did you?" He teased.

"I did, but before I could get o him he took off with Fin," she shrugged.

"Poor, poor me."

"Oh, you poor, poor thing," Klaus lamented. "And you didn't find anyone else for yourself?"

"I didn't say that," she laughed. "I took the waitress home."

"Oh, good. The cute one with the glasses and the blue nails?" He asked.

"I didn't even have to say," she smiled. "She was a nice girl."

No, no she wasn't. She was a freak and Ivy had enjoyed every inch of her until she couldn't walk.

"Did you have a good time? I mean, besides you and Eliot...I mean the rest of the party."

"And James and Kersen," he grinned. "But yeah, it was fun. I made up with Hex too. Oh, and Aaron was there with his new boy. That's totally on me," he said, feeling like a match maker.

"The blonde? What's his deal?" she asked. She'd heard 'therapist' in passing and had made sure to steer clear.

"He's a shrink. New in town. Very pretty," Klaus said and grinned. "Aaron's got such a crush."

"Ya'knooww...I can bottle what I got, if you want to move him along a little," she grinned. She was clearly teasing, but they both knew if Klaus wanted her to, she totally would.

"Nah, they'll get there," Klaus said. "Or not, but the don't need chemical aids."

It was cute how he had faith in love.

"You like the cake?" Ivy asked, done talking about people she didn't really know.

"Love it," Klaus said. That was when.he heard a screeching sound. He covered his ears and dove away. "That's her, isn't it?"

"Yep. That'd be her," she nodded. "See why i just can't take it anymore?"

"You hear it too?" Klaus asked, aghast. "Oh, man, okay. Okay, I'll see what I can do, yeah?"

"You're the best. I don't care where you put her," she said, truly unconcerned about the welfare of the ghost.

Klaus was more concerned, but only because he had to keep her safe for the sake of the deal with Willy.

He nodded ruefully, resigned, and made his way to the basement.

There she was; wild, enraged, trapped by two ghouls but it was clear they were having trouble.

Ivy stood at the top of the steps, peering down. The basement was unfinished and well lit, normally, with Ivy's grow lights and planting benches. But there were no plants, only spilled soil. The grow lights were out or flickering. One entire light bank was dangling by one chain.

"You devil!" Charlotte said, spitting on the floor. She struggled against the ghouls, tearing an arm free but not getting far before the creature grabbed her once again.

"You let me out right now! You can't keep me from Willy forever!"

Klaus snorted bitterly. "Willy doesn't want you. He knows you're here. Has he done anything to get you out? No."

The ghouls were straining, Klaus could feel it. They looked at him, pleading with their last inch of humanity to let them go.

"We have to move her," he said and the command was heard. The ghouls began to walk.

Rage radiated off her as they started to move her. She struggled hard but to no avail. The ghouls dragged her up the stairs.

Ivy couldn't see them, but she could sense the cold and her anger was an uncomfortable tension for Ivy that genuinely made her a little afraid- Not an easy thing to do. So she got out of the way. All the way out of the way and into the kitchen.

"I. Want. Willy!" Charlotte Whined.

"I know... I'm sorry." Klaus did feel bad for her.

But that was a thought he should never have had. Because at that very moment, the ghouls' grip weakened...

Charlotte took that opportunity to wrench herself free and launch herself at Klaus. She settled right in, forcing him right out of the way.

"Fits like new shoes," she smiled and turned to take the medium upstairs so she could go find her love.

"Well, all done," she said to Ivy, attempting Klaus' normal voice. "She won't bother you again."

Ivy arched a brow. That seemed like it'd been...easy.

"Yeeeaaah," she agreed skeptically. "You want to go see my garden? We can pick green tomatoes..."

"No, I'm really tired. Think I'll just go back home and go to bed early," she said, even yawning to make her point. "Some other day."

"Right," she said, not buying it for a moment.

"Listen. You hurt him and I will figure out how to destroy you," she said with cool, level animosity.

"I have no intention of hurting him," Charlotte said. "I need him to get to my love."

She made way to get out and go to Willy.

Klaus was torn. He didn't like having his body possessed without his say so, but the void where it sent him to was so nice. Did he really want to struggle? Charlotte just wanted to say something to Willy. Not his problem.
